Jack Gautray is a Principal in the firm’s Dispute Resolution and Employment area and has more than 12 years’ experience in advising on employment disputes work and acting in legal proceedings. Before joining Nightingale Lawyers, Jack had acquired more than 12 years’ experience working in industrial relations. During that time, he acted in a wide variety of large and complex disputes.
Jack has particular expertise in relation to the law on discriminatory conduct, adverse action and employment in general. Jack had been advising and acting for large organisations in most types of disputes and litigation. Jack also provides ad-hoc advice on contract terms and litigation risks and providing litigation advice.
Jack is deeply passionate about his profession, he thoroughly enjoys getting to know our clients, understanding their difficulties and solving their problem.
